1. Product Information
Product images may have slight variations in colour or appearance due to lighting conditions and screen settings.
2. Product Availability & Pricing
All products are subject to availability. Prices may change without prior notice.
3. Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed only after successful online payment. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
4. Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. Parshva Jewels will not be responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
5. Domestic Returns
Returns for domestic orders are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable product condition requirements.
6. Order Cancellation
Parshva Jewels reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other valid reasons.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, images, designs, logos, and product photographs are the property of Parshva Jewels and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of India.
9. International Returns
International orders can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided that the product is:
- Unused
- Unworn
- Undamaged
- Returned in its original packaging
- Returned with all tags and accessories intact
International return shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and other applicable return-related charges will be borne by the customer, except where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
10. International Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned product is received and inspected by Parshva Jewels.
